What inspired your most recent tattoo?

Honestly when I first thought about my answer to this question my initial response was going to be my time in the Navy inspired my anchor tat. But that is not truly the inspiration when I really think about it....my inspiration is Jesus and my kids and grandkids. Most of my life I have been haphazardly floating but now, the ones anchoring me in safe harbors are them and I am so incredibly blessed to have them all, they are my inspiration to keep going and growing.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

My ink would tell the story of what is truly the most important things in my life. It would speak of straying from those things a time or ten.....but the cornerstone of it all would be redeeming grace calling me back to God and family from addiction and searching for acceptance in all the wrong places to walking in grace and love, and learning to show that love to others

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would put the money towards buying a little home of my own, a place that could be a safe haven for my oldest grandson. It would be a place for all my grandchildren to enjoy, but especially my oldest who is going through a little bit of a rocky path currently and just needs a little extra TLC and place of refuge. I currently don't have my own place and would be so thankful and blessed to be able to give that to him and my other grandchildren.
