Enter For FreeIt was a painting a saw in my families home country Colombia. There was a painting called Color de Rosa by an artist Lucy Tejada. I really loved the painting and decided then I wanted to get a rose. Maybe 7 years later I went back to Colombia and got myself my rose.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My tattoos would constantly remind to stay grounded in gratitude, no matter what life brings. They’d remind me that even in the hard moments, there’s beauty in the full picture—the highs and the lows. They’d also be a reflection of love: the love I have for life, for others, and the love I’m lucky to receive
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to win, I’d use the money to grow and improve my family’s business that so much love and hard work has been poured into. I’d also help make my mom and grandma’s home more accessible and comfortable because they’re the women who have carried our family through every struggle. And if there’s anything left, I’d use a little bit for myself. Just something small to keep growing and taking care of me too.
