Enter For FreeMy most recent tattoos are on both of my hips. They are cover-ups of tattoos that claimed me from an ex-abuser while I was in my darkest days. After 14 years clean from drugs and the lifestyle, I was finally able to afford and be strong enough to cover the damage that I had carried with me, on my skin as ink, and in my heart. I had finally become strong enough to cover them up physically and mentally.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My tattoos DO speak. They speak a story of grace and beauty found in the darkness! They speak of my independence and destain towards authoritative figures. They symbolize my opposition to people conditioning my free authentic spirit!
What would you do with the $25,000?Growing up in foster care, I often moved from place to place, which made it hard to feel secure or like I really belonged anywhere. Now, more than anything, I want to create a stable and safe home for myself, a place where I can truly feel at peace. I would also like to start up my nonprofit organization to help those on a fixed income due to disabilities, veterans, and work injuries. I want to help my community, and I believe I can change so many lives.
