All my life my mom has always talked about bettering oneself even if it’s just small progress. When I began working as a counselor, I would also talk about the to my patients. I learned about kaizen and knew that I wanted that as my first tat. I’m reminded each day that slow progress is better than no progress, to be proud of what I’m doing.
