What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is my most asked about and my prized piece. The image of the Anubis, the Egyptian good of mummification and the guardian of the after life. I chose this image for his essence to live along side myself to guide me through this world and to be protected by his energy. It is not only intriguing but it'sspiritual, he's the original Grim Reaper. One of if not my favorite of the old gods.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would say that I am heavily protected, that I am an old soul with a free heart, that I am as much a part of the river as it is me. That not every thing in life is beautiful but it could still tell you a story. You not only have to look you have to feel to see that life isn't what we thought we are, we are so much more.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the money to have my body repaired for a better, healthier quality of life. I was nearly killed on a motorcycle when I was 20 years old, my best friend, my brother, (the driver) was killed almost instantly when we struck a vehicle blocking our lane head on late one night in May 2010. This left me permanently broken, I've been physically disabled since I was 20 years old, without surgery I will spend the rest of my life crippled and in never ending pain with no relief.
