My most recent tattoo was inspired in part from books I have read and also by women and our connection with nature. I love whimsical, magical stories with strong female characters and I use that as inspiration for my tattoos. My artist is so creative and can really take my chaotic ideas and bring them to life!
If your ink could speak, what would it say?Literally or metaphorically? I always tell people that I don’t think ink needs to have a story behind it. Someone can get a tattoo just because they appreciate the art or think it’s cool. I have a few pieces like that, some fun flash that remind me of spontaneous days traveling or with friends. I also have more thoughtful and emotional tattoos that represent those I have lost in life or the journey I am on.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would add on new ink to my “whimsical leg” with my artist. I would without a doubt go on a horseback riding holiday where I can experience nature and wild animals from atop a horse. I was fortunate enough to experience this in South Africa & Botswana and it was the coolest adventure of my life. What is left.. will go towards moving abroad!
