The latest is the one on my forearm my eldest son got it first and it says Famiglia (we’re Italian:)). We suffered a great loss when my first husband passed away when my children were young and it’s a reminder that we are all that we have in this world and family always comes first. The plan is for myself and my 3 sons to have the same tattoo. The mother son bond means a lot to us.
