Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

The connection I have forged with my daughter. We were separated for many yrs due to my lifestyle and constantly being incarcerated. Today our relationship is something I wouldn't change for the world. There was a lot of milestones that I missed out on so I had to work really hard to become the mother that she could depend on to show up for her when she needed me most. All I can do is keep showing her with love and understanding that i'm not going anywhere ever again.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

I feel like it would be something like a multiple personality disorder 🤣 I've gone through many phases with my love of the tattoo needle, which sometimes I wish I could erase a few but that's what cover-ups are for! I have a few that are dedicated to all the time I wasted commiting crimes then serving my time for it. Then I went through a bit of a rebirth after my cancer diagnosis. I started getting more meaningful pieces. A lot of pieces dedicated to the pull i've always felt to the universe

What would you do with the $25,000?

Very recently my mother ( My best friend) had a debilitating stroke that left her in a nursing home. I had to come stay at her house with my daughter. I had to leave my apartment behind which is 21/2 hrs away to come stay here but there are very strict rules about "visitors" so i'd find an apartment as close to them as possible. I also have stage 4 cancer which i've been battling for6 yrs no remission, i'd like to get the best treatment out there. I'd also like to start fresh here with
