What would you do with the $25,000?I'd get at least one new tattoo and the rest I'd use as a down payment for a house. I've been renting to own and the gray areas were many as was the red flags. So things have unraveled in a unfavorable way. After 6 years I'm loosing my home. So I'd definitely use it for re-establishing a foundation for my boys.
