Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo was a matching friend group/spouse piece. We Call ourselves the spicies and we all got 🌶 peppers. I got it alongside the 4 roses logo on my wrist( my wife and my goto bourbon) also for the 4 lives lost. It's where I want the hummingbirds "feeding" from on my arm.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

The way I have it in my head i will drop a quote for you, "you die twice in this world. Once when you die, and your soul passes on. Then twice, the last time someone speaks your name". It will give me an excuse to talk about the love I've experienced, their lives, and the grief I've experienced to people who may need that. Including me. It will say my daughter loved mermaids and unicorns. It will say I owed my wife a very important hummingbird tattoo when she passed.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I am currently building a house for my son and I, but could use some significant funding to help speed the process along. I work full time and raise my son alone, little time on weekends to prioritize my entire life and building a home. But the roof is on and it's nothings getting wet so slowly but surly. Id try to get closer to move in with it and that's it.
