What inspired your most recent tattoo?

Even though the birds on my arm aren’t exactly a cardinal and a blue bird, I really liked the style of these specific birds. The way they’re positioned is kind of showing how my grandma flew up to heaven first and then my grandpa followed. They were the love of each other’s lives, even though they weren’t together in the end. They got married and divorced twice lol. They were such deep, strong people.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

Fly high, babygirl! Something like that. My grandparents loved me so much, and the birds make me feel like I have them with me forever as a reminder that they’ll always be my guardian angels, or birds in this case. They both loved nature, as well. :)

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would definitely get some more tattoos, but I would use most of it to pay off my college loans and help my parents with their mortgage. It would help significantly, for sure. I never thought I’d go to college but I plan on getting my masters degree next year in Women & Gender Studies. I’m still not sure what I want to do with my life, but I’m excited to see where life takes me. I’m gonna be in hella debt though, regardless. Also, fuck trump. That doesn’t relat
