What would you do with the $25,000?Down payment on a house . Because of scumbag landlords we are staying with family because the wife and kids kept getting sick . And I'm limited on what I can be because I'm a functioning quad . so I'd make my family's life a little better .we are close and happy but want our own place it's been 2 months .we've looked and a lot are dumps .ty hope to see you soon.
