What would you do with the $25,000?I'd first pay down my debts, and if I were debt free I'd put several months of expenses into a savings account and designate that as an emergency fund. Beyond that I'd put it towards another one of my financial goals like investing or saving for a home. Live life like there isn’t tomorrow.
