The unalome traces my life’s path: from birth through the loss of my mom at ten, a bone‑cancer diagnosis at fourteen, countless surgeries, a second cancer diagnosis and leg amputation. Each twist and turn grief, pain, healing shaped me. Now, I sit enlightened and focused, knowing what I need for peace and ease. If my tattoos could speak, they’d tell of pain and joy, of the love I hold for myself, my mom, my grandmother, my two brothers, and the love of my life.
