What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I turned 40 this January and I racked up a long list of things I've wanted to do but depression and anxiety have always kept me from. I needed a reset to take my life back. The weekend of my birthday, the planets aligned, literally and it felt like the universe telling me it was time. I don't know much about the planets but the night sky has always spoken to my soul. The phases of the moon remind me that beauty and magic exist every day. It is time, alignment, growth and always moving forward.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

My ink would say, you got this, you are strong, you are beautiful, you are resilient. That every step, every fall, every fail, every scar is apart of your beautiful story and it's time to paint it on your skin and wear it with pride. A reminder of how you got here, how far you've come and where your heading. A love letter to my soul and anyone who needs a little love and grace.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Currently my disabled parents live with me. It is me, my husband, our 9 year old son and two dogs in a small 3br. My sister has also been with us since Christmas, her RV is parked in our driveway. We are hoping to find affordable housing for my parents but they are also in need of a reliable vehicle. And my sister's RV may need some help to be road worthy. So I'm not sure exactly what to do but if I can help at all with the transition, maybe we can all start living our best lives.
