What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My wife and I had a miscarriage and then another pregnancy and had a baby girl. My daughter is my everything. I took a picture with her when she was first born, which I then replicated when she turned a year. I got the outline of that image tattooed on my calf to remind me that these moments are fleeting, that she is going to grow quickly, and that I need to cherish every second with her. I will never forget how blessed I am and to be better than my parents were.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

"It too shall pass". This tattoo is on my right quad. I was in a gym, working out and a Pastor saw I was in pain. He blessed me and said those words, and I will never forget that moment. I felt like I could finally let go of that past. My tattoos would say thank you for that moment and for every moment since.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I am the sole provider for my family. It goes to them. It will go to my wife, my daugther and her future. I want for nothing because I have them. I told my wife that I want to be the parent that supports my daughter's dreams no matter what. I don't want to force her into anything. This money allows me to do that. It is a start to what she could become.
