Because I have breast cancer stage three, and I had to do this process by myself when I was abandoned by my family and friends so I have a butterfly with a cancer ribbon on the other side of my neck. Butterflies means a new beginnings and of course you know I have cancer. I had a double mastectomy Because my cancer did spread. I even died on the operating table and was brought back to life.
