Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I’ve always loved space and astronomy, my most recent tattoo was my full back piece done by Carlos Ransom at Abraxas Tattoo in Lawrence, Kansas. At over 6,000$, this full-back piece has defined my love for space and astronomy as it’s a full spiral galaxy - all free-handed; zero stencils.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

If my ink could speak, it would define a childhood to adulthood transformation from getting my father’s hometown city in Vietnam tattooed to obtaining a stomach piece that illustrates where my father met my mother in Wichita, Kansas to eventually create my life. My arm pieces also speak millions of words as they honor the late great Chester Bennington from Linkin Park. What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would probably donate half of it to homeless shelters as donating and giving back is pure to my heart. The other half, you don’t even have to ask; I’ll add some more meaningful and life touching ink to my body. My next project and dream is to get my entire leg done, from hip to ankle involving some space and astronomy but truly focusing on nature and all the animals and things god as blessed us with.
