My most recent tattoo is Jesus on my thigh! The tip right half of my leg is what I call my sacred leg with mother Mary, Jesus, and an angel on the back of my calf. I felt called to get this tattoo because after all His suffering, He chose love and He chose sacrifice. Having Him close to me and on me makes me feel protected.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My ink would tell a story of patience for sure. All of my pieces are individual sittings, so I had plenty of time to meditate on them. A lot of my ink is steeped in Latin tradition as well As my own nostalgia. I have everywhere from a Sacred Heart tattoo to a Goodnight Moon tattoo. They’re all little pieces of what make me me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely share some with my artist! He’s sat just as long as I have so he deserves it! But with the rest of it I’d invest in more tattoos as donating some to aspiring artists in my community!
