Learn MoreTo mark my transition into grandparenthood (affectionately called GiGi), I started a totem pole tattoo starting at my shoulder going down my arm. The top is featuring the symbolic “Wise Old Owl” (that’s me) My 4 grandkids' spirit animals are down the totem pole under the owl. They are on the same arm as my own 4 children's birth flowers. I add to the totem pole tattoo after each grandchild turns 1. They are a Wolf, butterfly, sea turtle and elephant.
