What would you do with the $25,000?Apply towards the down paymt of home I grew up in. Since my mother passed on 07 at the extremely young age of 60 due to stage 4 cervical cancer family home has been rented out I am now renting it form my stepdad and trying to purchase it form the rest of the family and the repair cost are more than they appeared to be. The house is livable and I am living on it but would love to acquire it solely prior to spending my own money for repairs only to have the rest of the family gain from my expense
