I would continue rebuilding my life from the inside out. First, I’d invest in trauma therapy and holistic healing to keep growing stronger mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I’d also invest and start building a safe, creative space for other women who have survived abuse—somewhere they can heal, express themselves, and be seen without shame. I’d pour into my kids’ future, because they deserve to see their mom rise and thrive.
