I've always been at war within my own self and my ink tells of how I desire peace at all times. Peace I believe starts from within oneself and even though I have my peace ink symbols I was always at war within, even though I gave peace to others I was never at peace. The person who did my ink is amazing and designed the ink himself. I was burned with a car lighter on both of my biceps by an abusive boyfriend. The artist who designed them did in a way give my scars beauty.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It took 50 years for me to find the peace I was looking for...my ink is beautiful and so am I. After getting arrested February 18th, 2023 I spent 8 months in County Jail and 7 months in drug treatment in prison. God blessed me with all that. I have been clean and sober since, so now 794 days as of today. I refuse to go back to that life because I was slowly killing myself and now I live a bright beautiful life full of joy and peace just like my ink says.
What would you do with the $25,000?Well since getting out of prison May 29th, 2024 I have been in a wonderful sober living program called Sisters In Christ so I would like to donate $5000 to them, give $2000 to my Reach KC my home church, put a down payment on a house and buy a vehicle.
