My military career. It's a group of soldiers standing in front of an American Flag with a Combat Medic caduceus. Underneath the soldiers in custom script is IGY6 which stands for I Got Your 6, which among the things it means in the military we also use it in regards to the 22 a day (veteran suicide) and how we must watch out for each other.
