I decided to get a trashcan on my ankle to commemorate my first trip to NYC. I went to take my mom on her 70th birthday.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?If my ink could speak, it would say, “I’ve lived.” From kraken battles to chainsaws for horror films, punk rock skulls to a regrettable tribal piece—it’s all part of me. It would whisper “sawa”—the first word I learned in Uganda, where I married my wife. Each tattoo is a chapter. Some wild, some wise. My skin tells the story. My ink speaks for the journey.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I’d first pay off my debt to breathe easier. I’d invest in my children’s futures—give them a leg up I never had. And I’d share a portion with my Ugandan family, where even a little goes a long way. For them, it wouldn’t just be money—it would be life-changing.
