I tattoo'd both of my feet to symbolize a shields on my feet as I walk through the journey of life and to stand strong on the foundation that has been laid out in front of me by my ancestors.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would speak of the hardships I faced from losing my life and being an incurable medical mystery and everything it took to overcome that. It would speak on the culture I belong to and the rigid spiritual practices I'm disciplined in for not just my family and I, but for generations to come and the message that comes with that.
What would you do with the $25,000?It would go towards kick starting a facility that I can provide people with natural healing - something to bridge the gap between indigenous practices and what we see today for standard of healing the mind, body, and soul.
