What would you do with the $25,000?Honestly I would put $10,000 into the house I have to pay it off a in a year instead of 2, get a new pellet stove which will be around 7-8,000. Invest $3,000 into my TFSA and probably use the rest as a safety net. Thank you for your time and consideration have a lovely day!
