Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My grandfather passed in August. He was really the man who stepped up to raise me, and I was the first infant he ever held! He loved cooking and music, and had so many adventures just because he was such a wonderful and personable man. I really try to model my life after his perseverance and cheerful demeanour. He wasn’t even going to meet me - he had a very severe heart attack the year before I was born but somehow survived and always thanked the time we got to have together.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

I’d like to think it says I’m a genuine person. I have moons on my shoulders and hearts on my fingers just because it felt right? I got my first cats name on my hand as she was the first one I had to put down. I got the Black Dahlia to remind myself to be careful but keep dreaming. I have a “party tat” that one of my friends did for one of his first tattoos and has now been tattooing for ten years. My thigh is for my dads dad, a really cool clockmaker who went to the 67&r

What would you do with the $25,000?

Honestly I would put $10,000 into the house I have to pay it off a in a year instead of 2, get a new pellet stove which will be around 7-8,000. Invest $3,000 into my TFSA and probably use the rest as a safety net. Thank you for your time and consideration have a lovely day!
