Enter For FreeMy cleft strong cleft proud tattoo was inspired by being born with severe bilateral cleft lip and pallet and having to undergo 76 surgeries thus far in my life as a result of it. I wanted a tattoo that had significant meaning and inspire others that have cleft that it’s something to be proud of rather than ashamed. So I literally wear it on my sleeve for everyone to see.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?They would show a strong sense of where I grew up on one full sleeve and on the other full sleeve is what I’ve gone through that’s made me who I am today.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would give back to my parents because they’ve been there by my side through every surgery and have went above and beyond to make sure I always felt like I belonged and that just because I looked different that it wasn’t a negative but instead something to be proud of and to try to inspire others who feel different.
