My most recent tattoo is a crane, chosen for its deep symbolism—good luck, longevity, and peace. I was drawn to how cranes represent resilience and grace across cultures. It felt like the right reminder to carry with me—stay grounded, move with purpose, and remain loyal to my path.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

If my ink could speak, it’d tell stories of where I come from and who I’m becoming. It’d whisper “Te Amo” for family, dance between light and dark, offer peace through a crane’s wings, wear its heart boldly like Bert Grimm, and still crack a smile. It’d say life’s a mix of grit, love, and joy—and I wear that story proudly.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use the $25,000 to give my parents the comfort they’ve never had. My dad sleeps on a thin mattress in my aunt’s living room, and my mom lives in a studio barely big enough for a bed and desk. They gave me everything, and while I’m stable, I can’t yet give them the life they deserve. This would be for them—finally.
