I have pretty decent nightmares, and had a lot of reoccurring ones as a child. A favorite elementary teacher of mine brought me an authentic dream catcher on a trip back to Hawaii and it completely changed my situation with nightmares. I have sworn by them since and it made me want to have one with me all the time so I had it tattooed on by my partner.
