Enter For FreeMy most recent tattoo, a queens crown, was inspired by a recent moment when I felt like I was living as my most authentic self, which felt powerful. I felt drawn to the design in a flash book, and the two people I was with while picking it out were ones who helped bring out this authentic side of me. This piece was done in Hawaii by an artist that I had previously gotten a tattoo from in Nevada, so part of the inspiration was getting tattooed by him again.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My ink would not stop talking about how grateful it is to represent the whimsical nature of life, and so many beautiful memories, connections, self-expression, and talented artists. It might also say, "Damn I look good!"
What would you do with the $25,000?The $25,000 would either be an investment to start a small business that provides a service to my community - a sensory garden or children's educational center, and/or be used to provide resources to disenfranchised people, helping them to navigate the difficult world we live in. Ultimately I want the money to have a long lasting ripple effect that creates positive change in the world.
