Learn MoreMy Chihuahua Armani. One of his nicknames is Taco. I had a couple of friends that were very disappointed when I had him tattooed on me and he was surrounded by his birth month flowers instead of tacos. So naturally I had a small "party taco" tattooed next to him.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My tattoos are living symbols of my journey, a visible narrative stitched onto my skin that carries the memory of where I came from, the promises I've made to myself, and the evolution of who I am. They tell a story that unfolds in layers.
What would you do with the $25,000?My mother has always dreamed of visiting the UK to meet the family we still have there. She was raised by her grandparents, who left behind loved ones when they emigrated from England. Being able to take her back to reconnect with that part of her history, to meet the family she has only ever heard stories about would mean more to me than words can express. It would be a way to honor the sacrifices of the past and create memories that would stay with us for a lifetime.
