I have always wanted to get a sleeve done since I was 20 years old. But life kept getting in the way. In the past 10 year I give birth to my 3 incredible children. All my time has been dedicated to them. But Now it's my turn to do something for myself. This sleeve has taken me 10 years to get and hopefully within the next month I can get it done.

What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off my student loan and put some in savings. My student loan has been hanging over my head and I would love to get rid of it. Also I would like to put some away for my kids in their saving.
