My most recent tattoo was inspired by my mom. My entire sleeve is dedicated to her. My art represents who she is; I even have her hand writing incorporated into my sleeve. My sleeve involves beauty, darkness, strength and courage. Everything that my mom is - everything she taught me to be.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?I think if my ink could speak, it would say that mixed in with all this beauty there was darkness and pain. I think it would tell a story of lowest lows but someone who persisted by overcoming every demon who faced her. I think my ink would show incredible strength and courage.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to pay off my student loans and payback my family the money they used to send me to treatment. I am almost 10 years sober and it would be really nice to give back to them what they so graciously sacrificed for me to have the life I now have.
