Many of my tattoos are about my kids. A lot of them also depict different situations and struggles throughout my life.

Enter For FreeMost recently my daughter and I got roses on our knees while on a trip to Boston from a really talented young artist named Binx. I told my daughter I'd go first in case she was terrible. But we super lucked out and both cherish them. And just this last weekend, my son and I both got "hold fast" from a coworker's niece. She's very young and has goals to own her own shop in New York City and I like to support young talent. They're not officially done, but they've got big meaning!
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My tattoos say I appreciate art in all forms. They can break down various periods of my life in different sections. People should see I'm a dedicated mom who lives for her kids and always wants what's best for them. It's been hard being a woman with many tattoos. The stigma is much more apparent and negative for women than men. Yet still, I wouldn't change even one that I have. They've made me who I am despite and because of some of the problems they've evoked.
What would you do with the $25,000?I grew up in Arkansas, but when my kids were young, we decided to move to New York City, just the three of us. It's been really fucking hard. But we're still here and have no intention of leaving. If we won the $25,000. I'd use it as a down payment on an apartment here in New York City so the three of us would always have somewhere to call home.
