My most recent tattoo was the longhorn skull on my thigh. My husband and I manage a cattle ranch in Alberta and this bull was one of the first ones we owned together. The bull is still alive so the artist had to incorporate another skull. The flowers are from my wedding bouquet and the String of Pearls is one of my favorite plants.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?I recently started a new ink journey starting with the 2 coverups on my feet. Those ones are representative of my faith; The foliage and animals were inspired by different scriptures. The longhorn is a personal reflection of some of the joys in my life. I hope that all my ink says that I am bold, proud, tough, feminine, an overcomer, stubborn and not afraid of what people think anymore.
What would you do with the $25,000?To be honest, if you handed it to me today, I would likely invest it and put it towards my own ranch someday. I don’t want it to be a wasted opportunity. But maybe I’d hit up a vacation or a concert first. (& more ink, duh!)
