Enter For FreeMy most recent tattoo was a tribute to Hawai’i and our Ohia lehua flower. When I was born my parents named me Kawailehua , after a song named “Kawailehua’a’alakahonua” sang by John Cruz. The lyrics are in Hawaiian, and it talks about various natural elements like rain, flowers, and ocean. Most importantly the lehua blossom and for that I was inspired to tattoo a lehua tree.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?If my ink could speak it probably wouldn’t and would most likely just cry. For every tattoo I have is one therapy session that I ever so needed. Ink is my outlet, the pain is temporary, and my art is FOREVER.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to win the $25,000 I would support my older sister in her new found tattoo artist journey and get her more efficient equipment to fill my bodies canvas with her work. I would also use it to take care of my family, they deserve the world and this would be OUR START.
