Learn MoreButterflies have always held very special meaning in my family, for several reasons. Butterflies kept us connected no matter distance. I believe they carry the spirits of the dead. This belief is purely trauma based and has no scientific backing (long story), But it's always made me feel better. They may seem taboo but they make me feel closer to my ancestors so, when I feel alone or lost, I add more.. my ink is therapy. My most recent tattoo was 3 butterflies I freehanded
If your ink could speak, what would it say?Through loss, addiction, mental health struggles. Something that's always been there for her was art. Ink, paint, pen, pencil, clay, rocks. Anything to create with was her safe haven. My ink would speak my pain and happiness, my mistakes and achievements. It speaks of a life of a life of survival and growth. Making pain and emotion into art.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off my credit debt. Id pay up my college tuition so that I can finish my degree. I'd get my wife's truck fixed. I'd invest 10% and save 15%. I'd probably get a few coverups and go on vacation and just keep living.
