Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is a blindfold that I put over 2nd century Roman Emperor, Marcus Aurelius’ eyes. I have his bust tattooed on my right arm. I tattooed him as part of a half sleeve a few years ago to ink / cement my ambitions and 5 year plan to build my empire physically and metaphorically. I put the blindfold over his eyes as a reminder to my myself to have faith and trust the process even when everything feels like it’s falling apart.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

If my ink could speak it would share major milestones in my life’s journey. Each tattoo is significant and woven together to tell my story and events that are meaningful to me. At first glance to someone who has never met me before….perhaps…ambitious, thoughtful, a lover, a fighter, interesting, well traveled, deep thinker, and spiritual with purpose.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win the $25,000 I am going to invest in my dreams in 2 ways. 1) An artist booking app and music community that I am launching called Fan Party! It will fund the initial marketing push 2) A streetwear clothing brand called 21 Cents in honor of my cousin Sacha who committed suicide. 21 is an angel number. I have 21 cents tattooed on my inner right arm for her. A portion of the revenue from each purchase will also go toward a mental health awareness and suicide prevention non-profit.
