My latest tattoo, a custom shin piece by Krissy Diane, blends skulls and florals to symbolize rebirth from death, aligning with my existing tattoo artwork. I gave her themes like books, candles, and spooky vibes, and she created something that reflects my journey. After years in a toxic marriage and a lifelong battle with body image, my tattoos are how I reclaim my skin. Now, each tattoo marks the death of shame and the rebirth of self love and strength.

They remind me every day that I’ve transformed pain into power, insecurity into art, and a body I used to hide into a masterpiece of self-love and resilience. It tells the story of a girl who grew up hating her body, but now wears every line with confidence, power, and purpose.
