What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo came during a time when I felt completely lost. It features a clock labeled “Patience,” a compass, orange blossoms, and quotes that remind me to stay open, trust time, and believe in myself. Each element pulls from that period of confusion and growth. It’s a visual anchor—proof that even when I didn’t know my purpose, I kept moving forward.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would say: You’re not lost—you’re becoming. My tattoos speak to the power of time, learning, and staying open. They’d remind me that uncertainty isn’t failure; it’s part of the path. They’d say: You’ve made it through before. Keep going. Stay soft. Stay curious. You’re allowed to not have all the answers yet.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d pay off my $15K in student loans and use the rest to support my art practice while I complete my Master of Fine Arts. I’m working toward becoming a college professor, teaching drawing and helping young artists find their voice. This would give me the freedom to focus on my work and my future—and one day pass that support on to others.
