What would you do with the $25,000?I am desperately trying to own my first property. I'm a veteran, with savings & my credit in order, & even still I am unable to get something that is not a 'fixer upper'. I would love to work on beginning a self sustainable life. I dream of having bees, poultry/fowl, a small garden/farm of vegetables & fruits. Live a peaceful existence.
