I had just moved across the country for my best friend, only to realize I barely knew her. I took a trip to NYC to clear my head, and while I was there, I found this anemone flower design in an artist’s book who I’d been following on Instagram. Anemones symbolize the fleeting nature of life and new beginnings—it reminded me to stay, plant roots, and look forward to the next chapter.

Trust that every chapter, even the hard ones, is leading you somewhere beautiful.’ Each piece I have is a promise to myself to keep growing, keep believing, and keep moving forward.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use it to help me get my bachelors degree, which has been a dream of mine for a while but has been difficult due to financial restrictions. It’s my dream to become an archaeologist.
