My most recent tattoo is my arrow with a compass on it. If you look at it closely you will notice that its true north is pointed West. That’s because I found my True North (my heart and soul and spirit) when I moved back out west to my childhood home of Colorado. It is also an homage to my Native American ancestry (my great grandmother who passed away when I was 5, who is on the Dawes Rolls).
If your ink could speak, what would it say?They would tell you that I am Broken, just like everybody else. 13 is my lucky number. That when it comes to the moon and the stars, Trust No One (yes I’m an old school X-Files fan). That one side of me is a down to Earth Angel and the other side is a bit of a Party Fairy. That I am made of both Fire and Ice, but I Love With All My Heart. Oh, and Tardigrades are super freaking sweet. Sir Feathersword McClocksworth would probably throw in a few hoots too for emphasis.
What would you do with the $25,000?My husband and I just recently bought and started renovating a 33ft 5th wheel camper for our family to live in while we save up money for buying some land to build a home to start a homestead farm on. My husband is a fourth generation rancher and I’m a micro farmer and we want to cultivate something for our daughters that they can learn things that have long been forgotten. Half of the money would go to buying a piece of land and the other half would go to finishing the renovation.
