This book means a lot to me as I took a lot of what people offered me for granted when I was going through college and I realized I needed to start appreciating the people around me more and what they do for me.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would say that I am human. That I am creative and learning and vulnerable and also someone to relate to. Whenever I choose a tattoo, it’s always something that is very deeply me and I’m really proud of that. And I love incorporating different artists and styles too, creating relationships with the artists and having something to carry with me that’s more than just a design on my arm but it’s a whole interaction and story wrapped into one. What would you do with the $25,000?For me, it would change my life. I just graduated from nursing school and I am taking my boards at the end of this week. For a while, I haven’t been able to work a lot due to studying and have been really stressed about having money for food and housing as well as loans and just trying to start off adulthood fresh and on my feet. I work in mental health care at a crisis center in Philly and hope to continue my career there as a nurse and do so much more to give back to those who need it.
