I’ve won multiple first place awards in tattoo contests, mostly for my Asian-style work. The real journey started when I sold my car and flew to Vietnam for two months to finish my bodysuit. I was getting inked 8–10 hours a day by two different artists, alternating areas so parts could heal while others got hit. Total grind, but totally worth it.
