Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I had my german shepherd mix for 14 years. I loved everything about her. We had a bond that was unbreakable. She even had two litters and she would come to me for everything even her babies. Lol. I have two kids and she would protect them. We had gotten homeless during shutdown of covid. We had no where to go. I asked someone to watch my dog and they took her from me. I never saw her again. I was torn. So I got her tatted on me so I would never forget her. She was 14 yrs old, heart of pup

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would say that I have been through heartbreaks, losing family, being homeless as a single mother, coming out strong, was targeted in a neighbor when men found out it was just me and two girls living there, came out strong from that being laid off, twice, before the shutdown and after. Love, having a big heart, love for my daughters, schooling. Trying to make it to where we will always be okay, financially. Surviving childhood traumas that left scars. What would you do with the $25,000?

I would put some towards my debt, so I can continue my journey on buying me and my girls out own home. Alsoput it towards my nursing school. I do graduate from in April of 2026. Then the rest in a emergency savings account. So if something was to happen, car, medical, kids clothes, car trouble, lay off, me and my girls will be good.
