My brother was an avid kayaker, boater and loved to go out on the Delaware River in his canoe. I got 2 canoe oars tattooed on my forearms in his memory.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?I’m a book lover, film lover, elephant lover, grandmother with newborn gkids footprints on my back, I believe my pictures tell a story of a full, well lived life full of love and I’m planning on going on for a long time even with a new Parkinson’s diagnosis. I especially love the tattoo of my mom and dad holding hands on my left hip and their names in script on my right hip. I also love my elephant, holding a balloon sitting on a pile of books.
What would you do with the $25,000?I work part time as a Seasonal Park Ranger and would love to travel in December and January when I’m not working. I’d like to make a donation to the Michael J. Fox Foundation and get a tattoo proudly displaying my new life chapter. I’m not keeping my diagnosis a secret! Parkinson’s Warrior!
