My most recent tattoo, done by Drew Dimas, is a detailed grayscale piece inspired by my Vietnamese roots. It depicts a bustling Hanoi street scene from the 1980s, with a cyclist vendor and signs like “ĐÔNG 1984,” reflecting my family’s history. The chaotic energy of the Old Quarter, with its scooters and layered signage, captures the resilience of my ancestors. Drew’s photorealistic style brought this cultural tribute to life, blending my love for food and heritage

I’m a living memory of your ancestors’ resilience, pedaling through Hanoi’s chaotic streets in 1984. I carry the hum of the Old Quarter—vendors calling, scooters buzzing, the weight of woven baskets. Your roots run deep, and I’m here to remind you of their strength and vibrancy.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25K, I’d allocate $7K to a family trip to Hawaii, where we could enjoy the beaches and immerse ourselves in the local culture, creating lasting memories. Subsequently, I’d use another $7K to renovate my patio, transforming it into a cozy space for grilling and entertaining friends and family. Additionally, I’d consider donating a portion of the winnings to a Vietnamese charity organization that supports a good cause. .
