Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is for my grandma, after she passed I found a card with her handwriting inside. She would always call me "girlfriend" and I knew that I had to get that for her. She was a big part of my life and for a long time, the only woman I could go to that never once questioned or judged me. The only person in my life I was always 1000% comfortable with. The tattoo reads "I Love You Girl Friend, MaMa".

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

My bigger pieces would definitely tell a story, of the trauma and hardships I have faced in my life. The emotional and mental battles that I have faced as someone with BPD & anxiety all while becoming a young mom at 17. Through all my trails and tribulations I have stayed true to myself and my values, without a doubt showing my determination to prove those who have doubted me wrong. I persevere.

What would you do with the $25,000?

My biggest goal at the moment is to open my own grooming salon. I'm a dog groomer by trade, and this is my biggest passion in life that's 100% for me. The $25,000 would be a definite start to that journey by allowing me to purchase the things that I would need. I have the client base and the knowledge, from doing this job since I was 15 years old. This would allow me to really embrace a work/life balance that fits my crazy family of 5 kids, my pets, and my partner. We all start somewhere.
